Talent Identification Drive 2025-26 in Brahmanipal, Kendujhar

Pahadian Sports Foundation Conducts Talent Identification Program 2025-26 in Brahmanipal, Kendujhar Brahmanipal, Kendujhar: Pahadian Sports Foundation successfully conducted its Talent Identification Program for the year 2025–26 at Brahmanipal, further strengthening its mission to promote sports among tribal youth in the region. Around 80 local players participated in the program, with Rugby and Football as the key sporting activities showcased during the event. A total of 20 promising talents were selected out of the 80 participants. These selected players will receive structured training, coaching support, and sports equipment from the foundation to help them grow as competitive athletes. To encourage young talent and promote Rugby in the area, the foundation also distributed T-shirts along with rugby balls, footballs, and other essential sports equipment to the participants. Additionally, all players were provided with evening snacks and refreshments to ensure a comfortable and engaging environment throughout the event. The program was graced by 12 officials along with Sarsal Sarpanch Madam, who expressed her support for the initiative. Founder of the organisation, Col. Bijayananda Das, joined via video call and motivated the youth to take pride in being part of this growing sports movement. Co-founder Shri Chittaranjan Murmu and Joint Secretary Shri Rajesh Barla attended in person and welcomed the players, encouraging them to work hard and represent the Pahadian community with honor. Mr. Barla affirmed that efforts will continue to make the organisation and its athletes shine at national and international platforms.
